Stop Skipping Meals & Try Raw Food Cooking

I am a 30ish year old woman.

I work on the computer for long lengths of time.

I have older school aged children.

I do not always exercise.

I skip more meals than the average person.

Does this sound like you?

That was me, too. I did not always eat like should. In fact, I ate whatever I wanted over the years and was fine, but the past few years began to take a toll on my body. I was tired after dinner. My body was not as naturally firm. Just did not feel my energetic self anymore. I was getting plump.

So, I changed my diet and way of life.

1) I cut white carbs and sugars.

2) I started cooking and eating more raw fruits / vegetables.

3) I always preferred lean meats, but now I do not always want meat.

4) I use Optimal Meal shake when I am not hungry opposed to skipping meals.

5) I do drink at least 8 glasses of ice water a day.

6) I take vitamins daily.

9) Brown rice is my friend.

10) So, is spray butter.

11) I no longer drink a pot of coffee throughout the day.

12) I walk a few times a week for exercise.

13) I eat a detox meal plan every so often as well.

I am feeding my younger son the same way and he is adjusting well (lots less cries for McDonalds)

Now, for some this may seem like a normal way of life, but my previous world of kids, activities, work and fast food … did not leave a lot of time nor interest in working with my body opposed to against. It is like a whole new way of eating. Not one that is unfamiliar as my Grandmother taught me well (from the garden to our dinner table many a years), though I have to admit that the Protein and Soy meal alternatives help me a lot because the sluggishness that I had once developed was from not eating right at all..

Yes, I am still a 30ish year old … mother … that works on the computer.

On the other hand, I have a better understanding of how to care for my body so that it functions at it’s best.

As the old infomercials say … I am a “hot mommy” … LOL, because of these changes, Optimal Meal Shakes and raw food cooking.

OPTIMAL MEAL REPLACEMENT - each serving provides all of the nutrients needed in meal, though less than 200 calories.
